The masters long ago became unplayable, but I rescued four of the songs from a thirty-year-old compact cassette. These would have been recorded at my first studio, Persona Productions, in about 1978. The arrangements were by a young Cuban-American Marshall Scholar at the Royal Acadamy of Music: Odaline de la Martinez, who would go on to a distinguished career as a composer and conductor. She had just put together the Lontano Ensemble, and made use of its virtuosic members for these sessions.
